  • Processing Time:
    Orders will be shipped within 1–2 business days after a successful purchase, if the items are in stock.
  • Daily Cutoff Time:
    Our order processing time is from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM (local time). Orders placed after 3:00 PM may be processed on the next business day.
  • Weekends & Holidays:
    Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be delayed and will be processed on the following business day.
  • Tracking Updates:
    After your order is shipped, it usually takes around 15 hours for tracking information to appear.
    If your tracking hasn’t updated within 48 hours, please contact our customer support team for assistance.

We are an online-only store and do not operate any physical retail locations.
Most of orders are shipped from China via international postal services. Some Order would be shipped from USA

  • Delivery Times:

💰 Customs & Duties

Import duties, taxes, and customs fees may be charged by your country’s customs authorities upon arrival.
Buyers are responsible for paying any customs duties or related import fees.
