Textured Grip without a Built-In Stand
Core Armor is aimed at users who want more grip and protection than a smooth thin shell but do not need the rotating stand found on Slim Armor Pro S. The matte black finish is restrained, and the varied surface textures make it easier to feel where the phone sits in the hand. It remains a fitted case rather than a sealed enclosure, so dust and moisture can still reach exposed openings and the inner folding display.
Clean the phone before installation, align both fitted sections carefully, and press each corner into place. Open and close the device slowly to confirm normal movement. Periodically remove trapped dust with a soft dry cloth; do not force tools between the case and the phone.

Shipping services and preparation
Most orders are sent internationally from China; some items may be fulfilled from another country. An Israeli storefront or delivery address does not imply local inventory. Available services, the final shipping fee and checkout currency depend on the order and address and are displayed before payment.
In-stock China-origin orders are normally prepared within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Transit estimates begin after carrier acceptance, exclude preparation and pre-order waiting time, and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Weekends, public holidays, customs checks, weather and transport disruption may affect delivery.
Pickup and Home Delivery within Israel
Pickup conditions apply only when the shipping address is in Israel and Pickup is selected at checkout. The parcel is not delivered to your door: collect from the carrier's designated point after notification, within the deadline it gives. Provide a working mobile number. A preferred collection point cannot be guaranteed unless specifically confirmed.
Home Delivery is delivery to a serviceable address, not an express upgrade. China-origin Pickup and Home Delivery both have a reference transit estimate of 6–10 business days after carrier acceptance. For an in-stock China-origin order, allow approximately 2–4 weeks overall for practical planning; delays can extend that period.
Import charges
Tax Prepaid: we handle applicable import duties and taxes covered by that service. Contact us promptly if you receive a request to pay a covered charge again, observe the notice's deadline and retain any payment receipt.
Customer Pays Tax: import duties, taxes and carrier clearance fees, if assessed, are payable by the recipient and are not included in the shipping fee.
Tax Not Prepaid: import charges have not been prepaid under that option; the payment arrangement will be confirmed before dispatch. Charges collected at checkout appear in the order total. The arrangement follows the service selected for the specific order.
Pre-orders, split shipments and tracking
Pre-orders and backorders have a separate waiting period before dispatch. Refer to the information presented when ordering and subsequent order communications. Orders may ship together or in separate parcels, which can have different tracking numbers and arrival dates. Any proposed additional arrangement or charge will be explained before you agree.
We provide tracking after dispatch. A label may be created before the first carrier scan. If tracking has not appeared within 48 hours of the dispatch notice, or information is unclear, contact us. Provide accurate recipient, address, postal code and phone details; changes cannot be guaranteed after carrier acceptance.
Delivery problems, collection deadlines and returns
Contact us promptly if the estimated range has passed, tracking shows delivered but the parcel cannot be found, or an item arrives damaged or incorrect. Retain the packaging and label and provide photographs so we can investigate and arrange appropriate assistance or a remedy.
Follow the collection or clearance deadline in the carrier's notice and contact us promptly if delivery fails. Collection and redelivery deadlines vary by destination and service.
Depending on the destination and shipping service, a parcel may be held locally and redelivery may be possible within a limited period. Redelivery is not guaranteed. Any available option, deadline and charge must be confirmed by our support team.
If no recovery service is available or the carrier's deadline expires, the parcel may be destroyed under the carrier's rules. Failed delivery does not mean the parcel will be returned to us.
Refusing delivery or leaving a parcel uncollected is not an approved return method. Return and refund requests follow our Refund Policy and applicable consumer rights.
